By using the Q-Credit app, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use Q-Credit's services.

Nature of Service

Q-Credit is a technology platform that facilitates access to credit services offered by our registered NBFC lending partners. Q-Credit itself is not a lender. All credit decisions, terms, and disbursements are made by our partner NBFCs.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during the KYC process. Providing false information may result in rejection of your application or termination of services.

One Application Policy

Each user may hold only one active application, linked to a unique mobile number, PAN, Aadhaar number, and bank account.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
