Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Q-Credit account and associated personal data at any time, whether or not you have the app installed.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@noxinfotech.com from your registered email address, or WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered mobile number.

What Gets Deleted

Upon verification of your request, we will delete your profile information, uploaded documents, and KYC data from our active systems within 30 days.

What We May Retain

We may be required to retain certain transaction and credit-related records for a period mandated by RBI and other applicable regulations, even after your account is deleted.
